Social Media Marketing Specialist

WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH & INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER

We’re looking for a Social Media Expert who understands GROWTH.

Not just someone who can create a content calendar or post on Instagram. We’re looking for someone who understands how to grow accounts, create viral content, analyze performance, and turn social media into a real sales channel.

Social Media Growth

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Instagram & TikTok

• Identify trends, formats, hooks and content opportunities with viral potential

• Create and test strategies designed to increase reach, followers, engagement and brand awareness

• Constantly experiment with new ideas and growth tactics

• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes

Content & Performance

• Develop content concepts designed for both virality and conversion

• Analyze content performance and understand WHY certain pieces work, or don’t

• Use data to continuously improve the content strategy

• Identify which formats, topics, hooks and creators are generating the strongest results

• Build social media campaigns that support traffic and SALES, not just engagement

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and creators

• Manage influencer relationships from A–Z

• Negotiate and coordinate collaborations

• Create clear and effective influencer briefs

• Follow up with creators and ensure content is delivered on time and according to strategy

• Analyze influencer performance and identify the partnerships that actually drive results

Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

• Track KPIs including growth, reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and sales

• Turn data into actionable recommendations

• Present learnings, opportunities and next step, not just numbers

You are:

• Obsessed with social media and growth

• Extremely familiar with Instagram and TikTok

• Creative, but also highly data-driven

• Able to understand the connection between CONTENT → GROWTH → TRAFFIC → SALES

• Proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to post

• Constantly testing, learning and looking for the next opportunity

• Organized and capable of managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously

• A strong communicator

• Fluent or highly proficient in English - you will communicate in English every day

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment

Previous experience growing social media accounts and managing influencer campaigns is essential.

We’re looking for someone who can look at an account and think:

“How do I make this grow?”

And then use creativity, strategy, experimentation and data to make it happen.
