We are recruiting a ServiceNow Team Lead & Technology Project Manager for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Work with and within the ServiceNow platform, including management, requirements analysis, implementation, and solution development
- Lead complex, cross-organizational technology projects
- Manage and lead a technology team
- Lead integrations with core systems and enterprise systems
- Work closely with vendors and manage technological solutions and integrations
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing, analyzing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects in a large organization
- Experience managing development, implementation, or infrastructure teams
- Experience managing vendors and leading integrations with core systems and enterprise systems
- Experience implementing AI and Automation solutions – advantage
