ServiceNow Team Lead & Cross-Organizational Technology Projects

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Team Lead to take a key role in a complex enterprise technology environment, combining hands-on ServiceNow expertise, cross-organizational project leadership, and team management.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end design, implementation, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions
• Build and drive the platform's technology and business roadmap
• Lead complex, cross-organizational technology projects
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow, SAP, core enterprise systems, and SaaS solutions
• Manage a technology team of up to 5 employees
• Manage vendors, integrators, and technology partners
• Own project budgets, scope, timelines, and risks
• Evaluate and implement AI and automation solutions

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including solution design, implementation, and development
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects
• Experience managing a technology team
• Experience managing vendors and leading system integrations
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and business processes
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS - significant advantage
• Strong leadership skills with a broad technological and business perspective and the ability to drive multiple stakeholders
• Excellent Hebrew and English
