QA Engineer

The company is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the light rail station and operates on a hybrid model requiring only two days in the office per week (three days working from home).

Role Description-

• Serving as a QA Engineer, taking ownership of quality assurance and end-to-end testing for advanced trading systems, financial APIs, and investor-facing applications.
• Designing, planning, and executing comprehensive test suites covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows across Web and Mobile platforms.
• Authoring formal QA documentation, including STP (System Test Plan), STD (System Test Description), and STR (System Test Report).
• Testing core financial workflows, including order routing, real-time market data ingestion, account balances, and investment management operations.
• Working closely with Software Development, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to triage issues, pinpoint root causes, and verify bug fixes.
• Ensuring exceptional platform reliability, calculation precision, and user experience under live trading market conditions.

Requirements-

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) – Mandatory
• Prior hands-on testing experience with Capital Markets, Trading Platforms, or Financial Investment Management Systems – Mandatory
• Solid experience writing and maintaining formal QA documentation (STP, STD, STR) – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of structured QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and defect tracking processes – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile applications – Mandatory
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure with multiple concurrent tasks – Mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team – Mandatory
