QA Engineer

Role Description

• Serving as an End-to-End Multidisciplinary QA Engineer, playing a pivotal role in the design, testing, and validation of core control and data-processing software systems powering complex industrial machines.
• Taking comprehensive ownership of QA processes across the product lifecycle, verifying the tight integration between software, firmware, machine vision, precision mechanics, and laser control subsystems.
• Authoring, maintaining, and executing detailed manual Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Procedures (STD/STP).
• Defining test strategies to ensure high system Robustness, thorough test coverage, and exact alignment with customer requirements and industrial operating standards.
• Collaborating closely with Multidisciplinary R&D teams (Software, Hardware, Firmware, and Optics) to analyze system behavior, troubleshoot anomalies, and isolate root causes in laboratory and machine environments.
• Tracking, documenting, and managing software bugs and hardware-software interaction issues through resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA for complex, Multidisciplinary systems (combining hardware, firmware, mechanics, and software) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated hands-on experience authoring and executing formal manual Test Plans and test specifications – Mandatory
• Deep understanding and practical track record in analyzing customer requirements, evaluating system robustness, and maximizing test coverage – Mandatory
• High-level English proficiency (both written and verbal communication) – Mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to troubleshooting complex edge cases – Mandatory
• Experience with industrial control software, motion control, or digital printing/additive manufacturing platforms – Advantage
