Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Social Media Ownership: Own and lead the brand's presence across social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
• Community Strategy & Engagement: Lead the brand's customer community, drive engagement, and manage end-to-end community initiatives from ideation to post-project analysis.
• Content Creation & Production: Initiate content strategies, combining hands-on content creation with managing agencies, creators, and production partners.
• Events Management: Plan and execute mid-scale events hands-on while overseeing external production vendors for large-scale events.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-organizational marketing projects and collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, Advertising, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree - must.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital strategy, and hands-on execution - must.
• Strong background in managing external agencies, content creators, and production companies.
• Advanced photography and video editing skills for high-quality, social-first content.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent marketing copywriting skills in Hebrew and full professional proficiency in English.
