About Us Synergia Compliance Systems develops enterprise-grade compliance and quality management software, built on the Origami No-Code platform. We help organizations digitize and streamline their quality processes — and we're scaling our market presence.

About the Role We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing function, end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll build our digital presence, run demand-generation campaigns, and turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks strategically and executes daily — from positioning down to the last pixel.

What You'll Do

· LinkedIn (core focus): Build and manage our company page and executive profiles. Run organic content, paid campaigns, and outbound outreach. Leverage the platform's algorithm to maximize reach and engagement within our B2B audience.

· Google Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize Search and Display campaigns. Design high-converting landing pages and own the full digital funnel from impression to conversion.

· Content & Creative: Write sharp B2B copy in English. Develop messaging that articulates our value proposition clearly. Produce graphics, social creatives, and basic-to-advanced video edits for campaigns.

· AI-Powered Workflows: Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, and others) into daily work — for content, design, video, data analysis, and marketing automation. Familiarity with building Skills and Agents is a plus.

· Webinars & Events: Plan, market, and host professional webinars and virtual/physical events that drive engagement and pipeline.

• · Business Alignment: Translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes (ROI, MQLs, pipeline contribution).
