Every day, generative AI and social engineering make online fraud more sophisticated. We believe protecting consumers from scams will become one of the defining cybersecurity challenges of this decade

We're looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering organization behind Mozo

This role reports directly to the CEO and owns engineering across AI, Backend, Infrastructure and Mobile

You won't be joining a large corporate engineering organization

You'll join a lean, highly technical company where decisions are made quickly, engineering has real influence over product direction, and leadership is expected to build, not maintain

We're looking for someone who:

Has led engineering organizations in fast-moving technology companies

Has real experience building AI products or AI Agent based systems

Enjoys going deep into architecture and technical decisions

Loves building organizations, mentoring leaders and raising engineering standards

Thrives in startup environments where ownership matters

Ideally comes from Cybersecurity, Fraud, Trust & Safety, Identity, Consumer Security or Infrastructure
