Franchise Procurement & Operations Manager

Edikted is a global E-commerce powerhouse and one of the fastest-growing fashion brands today. We disrupt the industry by merging real-time data analytics with rapid-response supply chains. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Franchise Procurement & Operations Manager based in our headquarters in Israel to lead our global franchise supply chain and manage our China-based operations.

In this role, you will be the Israel-based operational lead overseeing our global franchise network. You will manage end-to-end order execution, supervise our local operations teams in China, and bridge the gap between HQ, overseas hubs, and global franchise partners.

Core Responsibilities

• China Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee operations at our franchise warehouse in China from HQ. Define requirements for inventory management systems, track goods receipt, monitor stock levels, and ensure complete order lifecycle management through full closure.
• Remote Team Training & Management: Train, empower, and daily-manage our working teams in China. Establish clear operational workflows for their interactions with internal HQ functions, suppliers, and global franchisees.
• End-to-End Franchise Order Execution: Drive the full lifecycle of franchise procurement orders by guiding the China team through order processing, stock allocation, shipping, and fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

• Location: Based in Israel with the ability to work in global hours / interface with overseas time zones.
• Travelling to China will be required as part of this position. Willingness and ability to travel to China around 3 times a year (up to 10% travel), with flexibility based on operational needs.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Experience: Proven track record in procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain operations within fashion or retail. Experience working with China manufacturing and logistics ecosystems is a major advantage.
• Remote Leadership Capabilities: Strong experience in training, managing, and driving operational processes with remote/overseas teams (specifically in East Asia).
• Technical Aptitude: Experience working with inventory management systems, WMS, ERPs, or proprietary operational portals. Ability to act as a Product Owner for internal software tools.
• Analytical Command: High data literacy to analyze stock levels, monitor order pipelines, and optimize fulfillment cycles.
• Global Communication: Native-level or exceptional business English (written and verbal) is mandatory for daily communication with international partners and overseas staff.
