This is a full-time, on-site Software Quality Assurance Specialist position based in Ness Ziona (Park Hamada).

The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and usability of Foto Master’s software products, including desktop applications, cloud platforms, and integrated hardware-software workflows.

The role focuses heavily on hands-on manual and exploratory testing, regression testing, workflow validation, and identifying edge cases and failures that may occur in real customer environments.

You will work closely with R&D, Product, and Support to reproduce issues, verify fixes, improve test coverage, and prevent regressions before releases.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys investigating problems, challenging software, and taking ownership of product quality.

• Test desktop, cloud, and hybrid software workflows end-to-end
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Reproduce customer-reported issues and identify their root conditions
• Verify bug fixes and ensure changes do not introduce regressions
• Test real-world usage scenarios, edge cases, failure states, and unexpected user behavior
• Document bugs clearly, including reproduction steps, expected behavior, and actual behavior
• Work closely with developers to investigate issues and improve software stability
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to understand customer workflows and pain points
• Participate in release readiness testing and post-release validation
• Help continuously improve QA processes and overall test coverage

• Proven experience in Software QA / Software Testing
• Strong experience with manual, functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Ability to understand complex software workflows and identify edge cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Ability to clearly document, communicate, and explain software issues
• Experience working closely with software developers
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving software environment
• Strong ownership mentality and a genuine commitment to software quality

• Experience testing Windows desktop applications
• Experience testing SaaS or cloud-based platforms
• Experience testing systems involving both software and hardware
• Familiarity with APIs, logs, SQL, or developer/debugging tools
• Experience working with Jira, Monday.com, or similar issue-tracking systems
