Technical Solutions Team Lead

We’re Hiring: Technical Solutions Team Lead 🚀

We’re looking for a highly technical Technical Solutions Team Lead to join a complex, large-scale FinTech environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and professionally mentor a team of Technical Solutions Specialists
• Act as a senior Tier 2/3 technical escalation point for complex production issues
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and cloud-related incidents
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using logs, DB queries, scripts, and monitoring tools
• Write and run SQL queries and Python scripts for investigation, reporting, and operational needs
• Work closely with R&D, Automation, and Engineering teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve production stability
• Build automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce repetitive manual work and improve response times
• Support and maintain SaaS tools such as PagerDuty, Coralogix, Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical Hands-On role, such as Technical Support, Production Support, Technical Solutions, Application Support, or similar
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a technical team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience with SQL/Databases, scripting, APIs, and log analysis
• Experience working with AWS or another cloud environment
• Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, and SaaS operational tools
