A leading organization in the technical and industrial products sector is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead a key business division and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute business strategy, growth plans, and commercial initiatives

• Lead sales, marketing, and business development activities across the Israeli market

• Manage and expand existing customer relationships while identifying new growth opportunities

• Full ownership of business performance, including budgets, profitability, and P&L management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers

• Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with global partners

• Collaborate with overseas suppliers on product strategy, sales performance, forecasting, marketing activities, and business development

• Analyze market trends and business data to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, or senior sales leadership

• Strong experience managing B2B sales and distribution channels

• Proven experience working directly with international suppliers and manufacturers

• Demonstrated success in leading business growth and managing a P&L unit

• Strong financial and analytical capabilities

• Experience in trade, marketing, and commercial operations

• Background in technical, industrial, or professional products is an advantage

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
