Bulls Media, an international digital marketing company, is looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven individuals to build and lead new business units and subsidiaries.

Working alongside fellow managers and company leadership, youll turn business opportunities into profitable operations-from planning and launch to daily management and growth. Extensive management experience isnt essential; business understanding, initiative and strong execution skills are.

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.

Launch and manage new activities, coordinating teams, partners and daily operations.

Drive digital marketing, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Track KPIs, costs and profitability, using data to improve performance.

Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and results.

Requirements:
Strong business understanding of digital marketing, acquisition, conversion and monetization.

Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and ambition to drive financial results.

Excellent English and strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.

Strong operational skills, including prioritization, problem-solving and follow-through.

Analytical thinking and a data -driven approach to decision-making.

Practical experience using AI tools and implementing them in everyday work.

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and motivate others to act.

Experience launching a business, leading a project or owning commercial results is a big advantage.
