We’re looking for a Performance-Oriented Social Media Specialist to join Zap’s Digital Division - someone who doesn’t just create content, but drives real business results using advanced AI tools and data-driven strategies.

About the Role:

• Manage social media for diverse clients with a strong focus on performance, growth, and measurable KPIs
• Translate business goals into content strategies that generate engagement, leads, and conversions
• Build smart, data-driven content strategies that speak the audience’s language — without sounding like ads
• Create posts, videos, and performance-driven campaigns using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, and other AI platforms
• Track performance closely, analyze data, extract actionable insights, and continuously optimize
• Run A/B tests, experiment with formats, and constantly improve ROI
• Collaborate with digital and sales teams to align social activity with revenue goals — because great social media is a growth engine

What You Need to Bring:

• A degree or certification in Digital Marketing / Communications / Media / Advertising, with a strong interest in performance marketing
• A results-oriented mindset — you care about numbers as much as you care about creativity
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
• Social media fluency and the ability to spot trends early — and turn them into performance opportunities
• Familiarity with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Canva, Buffer (experience with Ads Manager is a plus)
• Curiosity about technology and how AI can scale content and improve performance
• Creativity, initiative, positive energy, and ambition to grow in a performance-driven environment
