About The Role

Fireside's work product is itself a designed artifact - the way a study gets presented is as important as what's in it. You'll own the brand surface end-to-end: the marketing site, the report templates clients see at the end of every engagement, the deck system, the social/content output. You'll work closely with founders and engineering on every new surface.

What you'll do

Own the visual system across web, decks, and report deliverables
Design the templates and patterns Insights Engineers use to assemble client reports
Produce marketing-site updates, social content, and event materials
Push the bar on craft - typography, motion, photography direction

What you bring

5+ years as a brand or product designer at a consumer-facing company
Strong portfolio across editorial/brand AND product/UI surfaces
Comfortable working in Figma, Webflow, and a modern web codebase
Self-directed - you set the bar

Nice to have

Motion / video editing skills
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or reports
Hebrew + English
