Brand & Marketing Designer

NewCore is a security-first identity platform built for the agentic era, designed to secure, enable, and govern both human and agent identities within a single, scalable architecture. The platform has been rebuilt from the ground up by cybersecurity veterans and Unit 8200 alumni, bringing deep expertise in security and distributed systems. Backed by leading investors including Cyberstarts, Index Ventures, and Evolution Equity Partners, NewCore is focused on delivering robust, enterprise-ready identity solutions. Team members join a fast-growing company where security, innovation, and technical excellence are core values.

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to join our marketing team and make NewCore the brand CISOs and identity teams recognize, remember and trust. You’ll own and evolve how NewCore looks and feels everywhere it shows up: brand identity, website and landing pages, social and campaigns, product marketing content, sales presentations, events, swag and video.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll set the creative direction and own the execution, working day to day with the marketing team in Israel and the US, as well as sales, product and HR, and bringing in external agencies when a project needs them. We work AI-natively, so we expect you to reach for AI tools by default across research, concepting and creative production to ship fast and scale output without adding headcount.

What You’ll Do

• Brand ownership: Evolve and maintain NewCore’s brand identity and keep it consistent across every touchpoint.
• Templates & systems: Build templates and design systems for our recurring assets, such as ads, blog covers and landing pages, so the team can produce on-brand work at scale.
• Web design: Own the web design system and lead website design, building pages yourself and delivering pixel-perfect results with a strong focus on clarity, usability and conversion.
• Social & campaigns: Design assets for LinkedIn, email and paid campaigns, plus visuals for product launches and growth initiatives.
• Content support: Create visual content for whitepapers, solution briefs, infographics and product marketing that makes complex identity and AI agent concepts simple.-
• Sales & enablement: Produce sales presentations and pitch materials that match the quality of our story and help the GTM team win.
• Events & print: Design our presence at global conferences, including booths, swag and print materials.
• Motion & video: Create motion graphics and video edits for social, web and launches.

• 5+ years as a brand or marketing designer at a B2B tech company or an agency serving them.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.
• A portfolio that covers the full range (brand and visual identity, motion, events and print, web, banners and digital) and shows strong data visualization, infographic and presentation design.
• A strong analytical eye for technical detail, and the ability to turn complex concepts and numbers into clear, engaging visuals.
• Expert in Figma, Google Slides, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects (or a similar motion tool).
• Hands-on experience designing and publishing web pages in Lovable, Framer, Webflow or similar.
• AI-native by default. You work hands-on with the latest AI design tools and keep building faster, more efficient workflows across every project.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in parallel and deliver under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• A self-starter who ships: highly motivated, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward getting things done.
• Fluent Hebrew and excellent English, written and spoken, for daily work with our US team.

• Experience at a high-growth B2B startup.
• Background in cybersecurity, identity or other technical B2B categories.
• Experience building templates or design systems that other teams use.
• Basic HTML/CSS.
