Comblack is hiring a Software Development Team Leader & Project Lead for a large and stable enterprise 🚀

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major enterprise core system (from specification to deployment), manage multidisciplinary development teams, oversee project scopes, timelines, and priorities, drive architectural & technical decisions, and author complex system design documents.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in the IT & software industry with proven leadership in managing employees and development teams – Mandatory
• Strong technical and managerial background with 5+ years in software development or systems analysis
• Proven track record leading complex technology projects involving multi-system integrations and interfaces
• Hands-on experience writing technical design specifications, functional requirements, and ERD diagrams, alongside deep familiarity with Git and modern source control / branching strategies
• Exceptional multitasking and project prioritization skills, high attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal skills
