You'll work alongside experienced digital marketing professionals, helping to execute, optimise, and scale campaigns across international markets while gaining exposure to some of the most competitive performance marketing environments in the industry.

About the Role

As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, testing, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging channels.

Working closely with creative, analytics, tracking, and acquisition teams, you'll help drive customer growth through data-led decision making, audience testing, creative experimentation, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Launch and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms

✅ Support audience, creative, bidding, and budget testing initiatives

✅ Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth

✅ Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations

✅ Manage reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries

✅ Ensure accurate campaign tracking through pixels, events, UTMs, and platform integrations

✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve acquisition performance and campaign effectiveness

✅ Stay up to date with platform changes, industry developments, and emerging paid social trends

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

✔ Experience in paid social media buying, user acquisition, or digital performance marketing

✔ Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager

✔ Experience within performance-driven industries such as iGaming, Gaming, Nutra, Dating, E-commerce, or Lead Generation

✔ Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

✔ Experience working with campaign reporting, spreadsheets, and performance data

⭐ Experience within the online gaming, casino, betting, or sports betting industry

⭐ Exposure to international marketing campaigns and multiple geographic markets

⭐ Experience with tracking and attribution tools, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM, and event tracking

⭐ Interest in growth marketing, experimentation, and customer acquisition at scale

⭐ Knowledge of betting products, player behaviour, and regulated marketing environments
