As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll support the delivery, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, helping drive customer acquisition and business growth.

What you'll do

• Support the setup, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Assist with creative testing, audience testing and budget pacing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, issues and optimisation opportunities
• Compile campaign reports, dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders
• Perform basic campaign optimisations, including budget adjustments, creative refreshes and pausing underperforming ads
• Ensure accurate tracking, tagging and campaign measurement through pixels, events and UTMs
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and tracking teams to support campaign success
• Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates and new ad formats

What you'll bring

Essential

• Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing
• Exposure to performance-focused verticals such as iGaming, Gaming, Nutra or Dating
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and CVR
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience within online gaming, casino or sports betting environments
• Knowledge of tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Tag Manager
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple geographies
• Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience developing customer retention strategies
• Interest in growth marketing and paid user acquisition
• Knowledge of sports betting markets and player behaviour
