Director of Technology Operations & Reliability

• A large-scale organization of technology professionals, managers and leadership teams
• Production reliability and operational resilience across complex, mission-critical environments
• 24/7 technology operations and service management capabilities
• Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Monitoring, Observability and advanced operational intelligence
• The adoption and expansion of Automation, AIOps and AI-driven operational capabilities
• Large-scale transformation initiatives across technology, operations and service delivery

What we're looking for

• Significant leadership experience managing managers
• Extensive experience in Infrastructure, IT Operations, Production, NOC, Reliability or IT Service Management
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale and business-critical Production environments
• Strong experience with 24/7 operational environments
• Deep understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM methodologies
• Experience with Monitoring, Observability, SRE and/or AIOps is a significant advantage
• Experience in high-scale Online, Digital, Fintech or similarly complex technology environments is highly valued
• A proven ability to lead organizational transformation, influence senior stakeholders and drive change across multiple functions
