Integration and Implementation Coordinator | Mertens Malam Team | Holon

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Integration and Implementation Coordinator for a leading organization in Holon

The role includes leading, supporting, and managing technological integration processes for existing and new customers connecting to the company’s existing and new products and solutions

Responsibilities

Assess technological feasibility with customers

Lead and support customers throughout the integration process until full deployment in the Production environment

Lead the technological onboarding process

Analyze and resolve technical issues

Manage integration projects

Perform Sanity testing

Support the full transition to the Production environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management

Up to 3 years of experience in customer integration

Proven experience supporting complex integration and connectivity processes is mandatory

Ability to read and understand API integration documentation and various data formats including JSON and XML

Proven ability to read logs, analyze code and communication errors, and use testing tools such as Postman and browser developer tools is mandatory
