📍 Location: Northern Israel

A leading chemical R&D organization is looking for a Chemical Development Engineer to join an advanced chemical facility specializing in process development, scale-up, and process optimization for a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale up innovative chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and production stages

• Optimize existing processes to improve performance, efficiency, and product quality

• Perform process simulations and analyze technical data to support development activities

• Support technology transfer and implementation of processes in manufacturing facilities

• Work in a semi-industrial chemical pilot plant environment

• Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders

• Develop presentations and transfer technical knowledge to multidisciplinary teams

• Work in shifts according to operational requirements

• Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering – Mandatory

• M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering – Advantage

• Hands-on experience operating and running chemical processes

• Experience in process design, including conceptual and detailed engineering

• Experience reading and preparing P&ID drawings

• Basic knowledge of process simulation tools; experience with Aspen Plus or similar software is an advantage

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel as required
