Project Manager

A leading medical device services company is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer projects across quality, regulatory, certification, and compliance domains.

The company supports medical device organizations throughout complex regulatory, quality, clinical, certification, and usability processes, helping them meet professional, operational, and compliance requirements. This is a senior project leadership role, responsible for creating value for customers, managing multidisciplinary projects, and ensuring delivery according to professional, financial, and service-level goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects in the fields of medical device quality, regulatory affairs, certification, registration, and compliance.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, follow-up, documentation, risk management, and delivery.
• Create professional and business value for customers while ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Own project goals, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and professional quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix structure across several projects, without direct line management.
• Work closely with customers, internal experts, and cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate activities related to quality systems, regulatory processes, certification, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Support decision-making, prioritization, escalation management, and ongoing customer communication.
• Perform hands-on work as part of project execution, including documentation, process support, and professional follow-up.
• Work from the company offices, remotely, and at customer sites according to project needs.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ownership, communication, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering – must.
• At least 10 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing company – must.
• Previous managerial experience – must.
• ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification – must.
• Excellent written and verbal English – must.
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills – must.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces, customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, follow-up, prioritization, and delivery.
• Ability to manage teams and employees in a matrix structure across several projects.
• Passion for the medical device field and motivation to develop, grow, and excel.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in a hybrid/project-based model as needed.
