Clinical Research & Regulatory Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Updating clinical trial procedures and regulatory guidelines in alignment with national healthcare policy and government agreements.
• Promoting mutual recognition and harmonization of processes between medical institutions.
• Establishing the infrastructure for a new unit dedicated to advancing Phase I clinical trials and AI-driven clinical research.
• Leading cross-organizational processes, developing procedures, and conducting Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA).
• Leveraging AI tools to improve regulatory processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or relevant project management experience.
• Legal knowledge and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in procedure writing, Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA), and working with regulatory authorities.
• Strong proficiency in AI tools and their practical applications.
• Experience in clinical trial regulation – a significant advantage.
