Sales Specialist

Our platform enables businesses to create more personalized and accurate customer experiences, increase sales, and improve customer retention. Flashy is used by thousands of eCommerce websites and leading brands in Israel and worldwide.

The position is 100% remote and is intended for junior-level candidates who are looking to grow and develop in the worlds of sales, SaaS, and eCommerce.

• Outbound Sales & Outreach – Proactively reach out to potential customers, understand their needs, and assess their fit for the product.
• Sales Process Management – Manage leads from the initial outreach, through sales conversations and objection handling, all the way to progressing and closing the deal.
• Upsell & Cross-sell – Identify opportunities to expand sales and activity with existing customers.
• Sales Targets – This is a 100% sales-focused role, with ongoing work toward defined sales targets.
  

• Previous experience in sales, SDR, or a similar sales role.
• Ability and willingness to proactively reach out to potential customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead a sales conversation.
• High motivation to learn, develop, and succeed in sales.
• Experience selling a technology product or service, SaaS, or eCommerce – a significant advantage.
