Job Description

• Manage a team of developers, including weekly work planning, professional guidance, and tracking and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership, including solution architecture, writing technical design documents (TDD), promoting new technologies, and leading upgrades.
• Own the development process according to the department's methodology, conduct code reviews, and improve the team's development standards and deliverables.
• Provide production system support and maintenance, including incident management and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate and integrate with other development and technical teams.
• Manage and coordinate production releases.
• Manage the team according to Agile methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another relevant field; or a Software Engineering Practical Engineer diploma with relevant training of at least 200 academic hours; or other relevant professional education.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
• 5+ years of experience with CRM Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience writing Technical Design Documents (TDD) for CRM Dynamics.
• Development experience with Angular, Vue, React, .NET, and C#.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure.
• Experience working according to software development methodologies.
• Strong systems thinking, assertiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, high motivation, and the ability to lead processes and collaborate effectively with parallel teams across the department and organization.
