Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager | Leading Classified Technology Organization | Central Israel

A leading classified technology organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology and information systems projects in a complex enterprise environment.

The role includes end-to-end project ownership, management of information systems and technology solutions, task planning and control, and coordination across multiple business and technology stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage technology and IT projects end-to-end
• Manage information systems and technology solutions
• Manage projects involving enterprise systems and off-the-shelf software solutions
• Build project plans, define tasks, priorities, and milestones
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines
• Coordinate activities across multiple technical and business teams
• Manage tasks, dependencies, and cross-functional processes
• Identify project challenges and drive issues through resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects – required
• Proven experience managing information systems and/or off-the-shelf software products
• Experience managing tasks, work plans, and project activities
• Strong experience coordinating and driving multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of information systems and technology environments
• Strong end-to-end project management capabilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid Level 1 security clearance – required

Education – One of the Following Is Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management
• Another bachelor's degree combined with at least 300 hours of relevant Information Systems training
• Practical Engineering diploma in Computer Science / Technology
