IT Projects Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an IT Projects Manager!

Looking for a leadership role combining strategic technology projects, team management, and digital innovation? Join a leading organization and drive cross-organizational projects across core systems and digital platforms, including Smart City and AI initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience managing and controlling technological Information Systems projects.
• 4+ years of managerial experience leading a team of IT Project Managers.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end core systems and/or digital projects with budgets of at least NIS 500,000.
• Advanced project management experience, including Waterfall methodology, vendor management, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders, drive processes without formal authority, demonstrate assertiveness, and communicate effectively.

The role includes:

• Leading cross-organizational projects across core systems and digital platforms, from initiation and requirements definition through implementation and delivery.
• Supporting technological tenders.
• Managing work plans (Gantt), budgets, risks, and vendors.
• Leading and coordinating multiple stakeholders in an innovative Smart City and AI environment.
