Project Manager For The IT Division

Your role will include:

Responsible for systems analysis and leading cross-organizational technology projects, from requirements gathering through implementation, including projects integrating solutions and products from external vendors.

The role includes, among other things:

• Gathering, analyzing, and defining business and technological requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding business processes, analyzing them, and formulating technological solutions that support the organization's needs.
• Writing, updating, and maintaining functional specification documents.
• Managing and leading projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning, through development and testing, to go-live and implementation.
• Providing professional guidance to development and QA teams, and addressing professional issues during project execution.
• Working with vendors and professional stakeholders, including coordinating activities and defining screens and workflows according to project needs.
• Managing work interfaces with vendors and internal organizational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working in a multi-system, multi-interface, multi-technology environment.

Skills and abilities:

• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis – required (Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related field – an advantage).
• Experience writing functional specification documents – required.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications – required.
• Experience working with clients, vendors, development teams, and QA teams – required.
• Experience working with complex enterprise systems and managing external vendors – an advantage.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Broad systems perspective and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to lead processes and manage multiple interfaces.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Organized, methodical, and able to work under multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to drive processes forward.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, strong people skills, and a high service orientation.
