Job Description

• Formulating the AI strategy for the division.
• Formulating and leading the division's AI work plan.
• Mapping business opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence.
• Building an organizational Roadmap for implementing and expanding the use of AI.
• Managing the AI initiatives portfolio.
• Receiving and evaluating ideas and initiatives from business units.
• Prioritizing initiatives according to business value, feasibility, and risks.
• Managing initiatives from the idea stage through implementation.
• Defining policies, procedures, and principles for the use of AI.
• Working with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and Cybersecurity.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Leading programs to increase AI awareness and adoption.
• Creating new workflows that incorporate AI.
• Advising business units on selecting AI solutions.
• Supporting Proof of Concept (POC) processes.
• Assisting in selecting tools and vendors.
• Creating engagement agreements with the various tools.
• Measurement and control of business value (ROI).
• Defining KPIs for AI implementation.
• Monitoring usage and adoption levels and producing reports for management.
• Monitoring AI trends and technologies.
• Establishing collaborations with vendors and partners.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience leading cross-organizational projects.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the field of artificial intelligence.
• Experience leading innovation or digital transformation.
• Experience writing tenders and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI solutions.
• Experience working with management teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with leading AI tools.
• Familiarity with privacy, information security, and regulatory issues – an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to lead change.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or another degree plus a 300-hour course in Information Systems Management / Project Management, or no degree plus 400 hours of courses in Technological Management / Project Management, or a graduate of technological units in the IDF.
