Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be posting job ads; you'll be finding and closing the people who make mylo's mission real.

• Own Talent Acquisition: Run mylo's full recruiting funnel - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing - across Israel and the U.S., for roles across development, product, and marketing.
• Build the Employer Brand: Shape how candidates experience mylo from the first message to the offer, keeping our careers presence and outreach as sharp as our product.
• Build the People Infrastructure: Set up and maintain onboarding, benefits, and compensation structures for a two-country team, replacing ad hoc with real process.
• Navigate Cross-Border HR: Handle the HR and employment realities of a team split between Israel and a growing U.S. presence, partnering with legal and finance where needed.
• Partner With Leadership: Work directly with leadership on headcount planning, org design, and comp benchmarking tied to our growth and fundraising milestones.

• Experienced: 3-5+ years in talent acquisition or HR at a startup, with a track record of closing roles end to end, not just sourcing candidates.
• A Natural Recruiter: You know how to find people who aren't actively looking, sell them on the mission, and get them to yes.
• Process-Minded: You can build real systems - onboarding, comp bands, performance frameworks - from scratch, not just maintain what already exists.
• Cross-Border Fluent: Comfortable navigating the practical differences between Israeli and U.S. employment norms, benefits, and compliance.
• A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Points: Experience recruiting for both technical and go-to-market roles, supporting a company through a fundraising round, or Hebrew/English bilingual fluency.
