התפקיד

אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת מכונות מנוסה מאוד שיוביל/תוביל את תחום התכנון המכני במשרדים שלנו במתחם הבורסה ברמת גן. התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על מחזור החיים המכני של המוצר שלנו, משלב הרעיון והאבטיפוס (Prototyping) ועד לייצור המוני.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים

* הובלת התכנון המכני והפיתוח (R&D) של מוצרים פיזיים מורכבים מקצה לקצה.

* תכנון, יצירה וניהול של מודלים בתלת-ממד, הרכבות ושרטוטים לייצור באמצעות SolidWorks.

* בניית אבות טיפוס, הרכבה ובדיקה של מנגנונים ורכיבים בסביבת עבודה Hands-on.

* עבודה צמודה מול צוותים מקבילים להבטחת אינטגרציה חלקה של המערכת.

* הובלת המעבר משלב הפיתוח לייצור (NPI), כולל עבודה ישירה מול יצרנים וספקים חיצוניים.

דרישות התפקיד

* תואר ראשון (BSc) בהנדסת מכונות.

* 10+ שנות ניסיון מעשי בתכנון מכני ופיתוח מוצרים.

* שליטה ברמת מומחה בתוכנת SolidWorks (חובה).

* ניסיון מוכח בהובלת מוצר משלב הקונספט הראשוני ועד לייצור המוני.

* הבנה עמוקה בטכנולוגיות ייצור וחומרי גלם (לדוגמה: הזרקות פלסטיק, עיבוד שבבי, זיווד אלקטרוני).

* יכולת עבודה עצמאית, ראש גדול וגישה של "Builder" שמתאימה לסביבת סטארטאפ מהירה.

* עבודה במשרה מלאה מהמשרדים שלנו בבורסה ברמת גן (לא היברידי).

* אנגלית ועברית ברמה גבוהה.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Stealth Startup)

About Us

We are a technology startup currently operating in stealth mode. We are developing an innovative, multi-disciplinary product and are looking for top-tier talent to form our core R&D team. We provide a dynamic environment where you can build things from scratch and have a direct, substantial impact on the company's trajectory. 

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical design efforts from our office in the Ramat Gan Bursa area. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire mechanical lifecycle of our product, from initial ideation and rapid prototyping to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and R&D of complex physical products.

* Create and manage highly detailed 3D CAD models, large assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.

* Prototype, assemble, and test mechanisms and physical components in a hands-on capacity.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

* Drive the transition from R&D to manufacturing, including working directly with external vendors and manufacturers.

Requirements

* BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

* 10+ years of proven, hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development.

* Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks (Mandatory).

* Proven track record of taking products from early concept through to mass production.

* Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and materials (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal).

* A proactive, "builder" mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Required to work full-time on-site from our offices in Ramat Gan (Bursa).

* Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
