The company operates under a dual-use model, leveraging proprietary technology to deliver a substantial value proposition across both defense and civilian markets.

1)  On the defense and national-security side, Corsound offers a distinct voice-to-face matching platform that converts an intercepted voice sample into a probability-ranked shortlist of faces drawn from a facial-image repository.

2)  On the civil side, the same powerful engine allows deepfake and synthetic-voice detection, voice biometrics, and fraud prevention for banks, enterprises, and contact centers, a category growing at roughly 34% CAGR through 2028.

 Corsound AI is backed by Awz, a global investment firm driving deep-tech innovation with dual-use applications across the commercial and defense sectors, operating across two primary verticals: venture capital and infrastructure private equity.

Job Description

We are seeking a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to lead Corsound AI through its next phase of growth, transforming its validated, field-proven technology into a scalable, globally positioned dual-use company.

The CEO will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategy, accelerating commercialization, and driving sustainable growth. Key priorities include product strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and go-to-market execution across financial services, government, defense, and security markets. Working closely with the company’s team, advisors, and investors, the CEO will strengthen Corsound AI’s global market position in AI-powered voice intelligence, spanning voice biometrics, deepfake detection, identity verification, and fraud prevention.

The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Israel, requires frequent international travel, and reports directly to the company’s Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Go-To-Market Build-Out: Build and scale the company’s commercial engine, defining market positioning, pricing, channels, and pipeline strategy across both defense and civilian markets.
• Product Strategy: Lead the company’s product strategy, translating market needs, customer requirements, and technological capabilities into a clear product roadmap aligned with commercial objectives.
• Fundraising: Drive the company’s capital-raising strategy, securing the funding required to support its next stage of growth and commercialization, in close coordination with existing investors and the Board.
• Defense & National Security Growth: Convert early defense traction into repeatable, multi-year programs, and win additional intelligence, law-enforcement, and defense customers in Israel, the US, Europe, and Asia around the voice-to-face matching use-case.
• Civil & Enterprise Growth: Commercialize deepfake and synthetic-voice detection, voice biometrics, and fraud prevention for banks, insurers, and contact centers, including SaaS and cloud-marketplace channels.
• Dual-Use Strategy: Own the trade-offs specific to dual-use: export controls, classified versus commercial deployment models, and roadmap and pricing decisions that serve both markets without fragmenting the product.
• Team Building & Culture: Expand the company’s core team with key commercial and leadership hires, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Run day-to-day execution across engineering, product, marketing, and finance, hands-on rather than by delegation.

Qualifications

• Leadership Track Record: 8+ years in CEO, founder, or senior commercial leadership roles, with at least one full cycle in an early-stage venture-backed company, with the executive presence and credibility to engage Tier-1 financial institutions and senior government stakeholders.
• Go-To-Market Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling commercial operations from the ground up, securing initial customers, establishing repeatable sales processes, and driving sustained revenue growth.
• Dual-Use Experience: Direct experience selling to defense, intelligence, and law-enforcement customers, including navigating procurement cycles, pilots, and classified or restricted environments, alongside proven experience in civilian and commercial enterprise markets.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of biometrics, voice/audio intelligence, cybersecurity, or identity and fraud prevention.
• Proven Fundraising Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading early-stage financing rounds, with established credibility among dual-use, defense technology, and strategic investors.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bias for action, with a hands-on leadership approach and the agility to operate effectively in an early-stage company building its commercial foundation.
• Global Mindset: Exceptional English (native/fluent level) with a strong network across the US and European technology, defense, and financial ecosystems.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or equivalent) preferred.
