We’re hiring: Freelance Social Media & Content Creator

Human Labs is a fast-growing wellness brand. We launched only four months ago, and we’re already consistently bringing new products to market across cold exposure, recovery, sauna and wellness.

We’re looking for a creative, switched-on freelance content creator / social media manager to help us build a brand people genuinely want to be part of.

You should:

• Speak and write confidently in both Hebrew and English
• Have strong copywriting skills in both languages: captions, Stories, hooks, CTAs and promotional messaging
• Be highly capable with Canva and Photoshop
• Know how to create strong Reels and social-first content
• Be confident using AI content tools such as Higgsfield and similar platforms — this is essential
• Have a real eye for branding, creativity and current trends
• Understand that content cannot only look aesthetic — it has to sell
• Know how to create content with the customer in mind: how they want to feel, what they want to see and what makes them take action

The role will include:

• Once a week preparing the weekly content board
• Posting and managing one Story per day
• Reposting customer Stories featuring our products
• Creating 2–3 Reels per week
• Writing captions, Story copy and promotional content in Hebrew and English
• Creating content around launches, sales, offers and campaigns
• Helping shape the visual direction and voice of the brand as we grow
• Attending one content shoot per month and capturing content independently (not every single month)

Most of the raw photo and video content will be provided. Your role is primarily to turn it into high-performing, on-brand social content — with the ability to create additional content at our monthly shoots.

This is a part-time freelance role to begin with. You must be able to invoice us as an עוסק פטור / עוסק מורשה. There is genuine room to grow with the company, and for the right person this can develop into a full-time position over time.
