Mertens, part of MalamTeam, is hiring a Customer Operations Coordinator for a leading organization in the Central Area

The role includes managing ongoing relationships with end customers and business partners, handling operational processes, and working closely with Finance, IT, and Technical Support teams in a professional and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Manage ongoing communication with end customers and business partners

Handle price quotations and open customer orders

Manage collection processes

Provide telephone support and customer service

Update and maintain data in Priority

Work closely with Finance, IT, and Technical Support departments

Requirements

Experience working with Priority is required

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is required

High level of English is required

Proficiency with computer applications is an advantage

Strong teamwork and customer service skills

Ability to learn independently and manage multiple tasks

Ability to work effectively under pressure
