Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Experienced Technical Recruiter to join a leading technology services company in Petah Tikva

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles work closely with leading clients across the private and government sectors and support candidates throughout the entire hiring journey

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment screening and candidate evaluation processes for technology roles in leading organizations

Source and identify candidates through social networks including LinkedIn

Conduct in-depth phone interviews and professional candidate assessments

Support candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial contact through the final stage

Present and promote candidates to account managers and strategic clients

Work with leading clients across the private and government sectors

Meet recruitment goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Requirements

At least 1 year of recruitment experience is mandatory

Experience conducting in-depth phone interviews

Familiarity with and understanding of OS recruitment processes

Ability to work in a dynamic high-pressure environment while meeting targets

High motivation and a strong desire to grow succeed and develop professionally
