We're looking for a Technology Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team of a leading company and play a key role in shaping the organization’s future talent.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technology positions
• Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the best-fit candidates
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews
• Partnering with hiring managers and providing guidance throughout the recruitment journey
• Publishing and promoting job opportunities across multiple recruitment channels
• Managing candidate assessments, HR interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding processes
• Creating an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation to day one

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in Technology Recruitment - Must
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Must
• Full-time availability, working from the office
• Mobility and ability to commute independently
