Methods & Processes Engineer

IAI’s TAMAM Division is looking for a Methods & Processes Engineer.

The role includes:

• Mapping, analyzing, and defining work processes to improve performance
• Conducting observations, measurements, and process performance analysis
• Supporting production lines and implementing work methods and processes
• Analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and generating insights to support decision-making
• Identifying organizational needs and defining process-supporting solutions
• Defining requirements for computerized systems, dashboards, and digital tools
• Working closely with various interfaces across the plant

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, required
• At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, required
• Experience and knowledge in data analysis and generating actionable insights, required
• Experience working with production lines, an advantage
• Excellent proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools, an advantage
• Strong learning ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple disciplines simultaneously
• Ability to drive and lead processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
