Your new role

As Product Manager for Insulin, you will lead the strategic direction and commercial execution of one of Novo Nordisk's most innovative insulin products in the Israeli market. This is a role where you own the full marketing journey – from insight generation and strategy design through to launch excellence and sustained growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Designing and executing marketing strategies and tactical plans that leverage customer insights and competitive dynamics to drive measurable business impact
• Leading the Insulin Team strategy cycle – from planning through action to follow-up – ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Medical, MAPA, and Customer Experience
• Developing customer-centric content and promotional materials for Endocrinologists, Diabetes Specialists, GPs, Internal Medicine physicians, and nurses, aligned with overall product strategy
• Driving product differentiation and competitive advantage through bold, insight-driven positioning and agile responses to market activity
• Planning and executing a successful product launch with clear timelines, KPIs, and engaged cross-functional stakeholders
• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, professional organisations, and external agencies to maximise campaign success
• Leading insight generation and competitive intelligence integration to refine strategies and support evidence-based decision-making

Within International Operations, the Israel affiliate is a dynamic and ambitious team focused on bringing Novo Nordisk's innovative portfolio to patients across the country. You will work closely with Sales, Medical, and cross-functional colleagues in an environment that values speed, collaboration, and bold thinking to ensure that new therapies reach the patients who need them.

Your Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives on ownership, moves with pace, and is energised by the opportunity to launch and grow a differentiated product. You'll bring with you:

• Proven experience in product or brand management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of designing and executing marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority – influencing and aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, and external partners
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximise return on investment
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies
• Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English; the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence
• A proactive, flexible mindset with a bias for action – comfortable navigating ambiguity and responding swiftly to market changes
