Our Team, Your Impact

Teva Israel’s Innovative Medicines unit is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic brands and prepare the market for an upcoming launch. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to influence without authority and a passion for turning complex challenges into meaningful impact for patients, healthcare professionals and to business.
You will own the brands journey from strategy and pre-launch planning through launch execution, growth, and performance optimization. Success requires strategic depth, hands-on delivery, commercial judgment, and the ability to align stakeholders across Medical, Market Access, Field Force, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Patient Services, and regional and global teams.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Develop and execute brand and launch strategies grounded in market, customer, patient, and competitor insights.
Lead cross-functional pre-launch readiness and ensure disciplined execution across launch workstreams.
Build a compelling value narrative and translate strategy into clear customer engagement and field execution plans.
Own forecasts, budget, KPIs, and P&L-oriented recommendations to support investment and prioritization decisions.
Build trusted relationships with KOLs and external stakeholders, turning insights into action.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to enable the field, monitor performance, and optimize execution.
Identify innovative, digital, data, and AI-enabled opportunities that improve commercial impact.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
Proven product management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience supporting product launches or managing pre-launch activities is a must.
Experience in Psychiatry, CNS, or Neurology is an advantage.
Strong analytical, business, and financial acumen, with the ability to turn complexity into clear priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
