Integration Engineer

** The Land Systems Plant is expected to relocate to Be’er Sheva in the coming years**

The Land Systems Plant within the ELTA Division is seeking an Integration Engineer for the

development of advanced multi-sensor systems.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for system-level and subsystem-level integration throughout the project.
• Performing tests, trials, and integration activities at company facilities and at customer sites abroad.
• Ongoing collaboration with hardware and software disciplines throughout the various project stages.
• End-to-end responsibility for trials, including planning, execution, and analysis of results.
• Writing hardware and software requirements, definitions, and test documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required.
• At least 2 years of experience in systems integration engineering – required.
• Engineering experience with Systems of Systems (SoS) – an advantage.
• Engineering experience in radar systems – an advantage.
• Knowledge of MATLAB – an advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and configuration management – an advantage.
• Good command of English (reading, speaking, and writing) – required.
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.

This position offers broad engineering responsibility for the integration of advanced multi-sensor combat systems deployed across various land-force platforms.You will take part in the integration and development of advanced combat systems throughout all stages of the project lifecycle—from subsystem integration in the company’s laboratories, through testing and field trials, to final delivery to customers in Israel and abroad.
