PC Technician

abra professional services is seeking a PC Technician to provide hands-on technical support, installation, and maintenance of workstations and IT equipment.

The role includes troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues, workstation installations and relocations, peripheral equipment support, and participation in IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and operating system issues.
• Install and dismantle IT equipment and infrastructure at branch locations.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
• Set up, install, and relocate workstations.
• Provide hands-on technical support for IT projects.
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk (HD) environment or relevant military IT experience – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and peripheral equipment – mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team – mandatory.
• Strong self-learning skills and ability to work independently – mandatory.
