Global Marketing & Demand Generation Manager

About the Role

An established and growing Israeli technology manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Global Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to lead global marketing operations.

The company develops and manufactures advanced technological products for international B2B clients. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this broad, high-impact role oversees lead generation, marketing automation, HubSpot management, digital marketing, and full sales-marketing pipeline alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end B2B Lead Generation strategies across international target markets.
• Full ownership of HubSpot: building workflows, marketing automation, lead funnels, tracking, and attribution.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to streamline pipeline velocity and alignment.
• Develop marketing collateral, messaging frameworks, and high-impact Sales Enablement materials in English.
• Manage digital marketing assets: website, SEO, paid campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Lead international trade shows, product launches, webinars, and manage external marketing agencies/vendors.

Requirements

• Proven track record in global B2B marketing within technological or manufacturing sectors – must.
• Demonstrated hands-on success in B2B Demand Generation and multi-channel lead acquisition – must.
• Extensive, in-depth experience with HubSpot (automations, CRM workflows, funnel analytics) – must.
• Strong experience partnering with global sales teams to optimize pipeline conversion – must.
• Background in marketing complex technological products or hardware/software solutions – must.
• Exceptionally high-level / fluent business English (written and verbal) – must.
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on mindset and high execution capabilities.
• Willingness to travel abroad for global industry events and exhibitions.
