Development Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Fullstack Development Team Lead!

The role includes both managerial and hands-on technical leadership of a development team, ownership of the full software development lifecycle, technical design, architecture and coding standards, Code Reviews, and task management in an advanced cloud environment.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a Team Lead / Lead Developer, managing a team of 5+ developers

• 5+ years of Fullstack development experience with React, Node.js, and .NET

• 3+ years of cloud development experience, with a focus on AWS, including CI/CD processes

• Experience with various databases, including SQL Server, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch

• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub

• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, performance, and high-load systems
