Role Description The Head of Learning Product is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing Project Sinai’s educational offerings, including curricula, learning journeys, and digital and in-person programs. This full-time hybrid role is based in Israel, with a combination of on-site work and work from home, and requires close collaboration with content, media, community, and operations teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading curriculum strategy, setting learning objectives, structuring courses and resources, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s biblical and educational vision. The role involves managing the product lifecycle for learning initiatives, collecting feedback from learners and partners, and using data to continuously improve engagement and impact. The Head of Learning Product will also guide and mentor internal and external educators, coordinate training for facilitators, and cultivate partnerships with institutions and subject-matter experts to expand Project Sinai’s learning ecosystem.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Training & Development, with proven experience designing and delivering educational programs for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development, including defining learning outcomes, structuring course content, and integrating multimedia and experiential elements.
• Hands-on experience in Training, such as facilitating workshops, mentoring instructors, and supporting learner success.
• Leadership Development and Talent Management skills, including the ability to build, coach, and support high-performing educational teams.
• Deep familiarity with biblical texts and themes, and ability to translate them into accessible, engaging learning experiences.
• Experience in product management or learning experience design for educational or faith-based organizations is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working in a multicultural, global context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Theology, Religious Studies, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency and experience working in Israel or with Israeli institutions are beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing in-person collaboration in Israel with remote work.
