Business Client Manager (Temporary Position) - Position No. 1724

This is an awesome opportunity to manage relationships with VIP business clients—such as law and accounting firms, brokers, and public companies—while handling their accounts from day-to-day operations to end-to-end processes.

What You’ll Do:

• VIP Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key business clients, providing fast, high-touch, and professional service.
• Onboarding & Lifecycle: Guide clients smoothly from account opening and document collection through to ongoing daily activities.
• Transaction Execution: Handle routine and complex requests, including deposits, withdrawals, FX conversions, securities trading, and guarantees.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Trading, Compliance, and Account Opening to ensure seamless execution.
• Process Optimization: Monitor workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
• Prior customer service or operations experience in a bank or financial institution (Mandatory)
• Good English (Mandatory)
• Excel skills (A big plus)
