We're looking for a talented and driven Frontend Team Lead to join our application team. As a hands-on leader, you'll guide and mentor a skilled group of engineers, collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that transform construction projects worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented frontend engineering team

• Stay hands-on with development, working with React and TypeScript to build sophisticated user interfaces for interacting with complex data

• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, ensuring alignment and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Take active responsibility for hiring, training, and team-building activities

• Represent the frontend team in cross-functional discussions and planning meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.

• Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, or managing significant projects. We're also open to exceptional senior engineers with strong informal leadership experience ready to step into their first formal management role.

• Passion for solving complex technical problems, combined with excellent communication skills and strong technical intuition.

• A collaborative, empowering leadership style that inspires and develops others.

• Nice to Have:

• Full-stack experience, particularly with Python and server-side technologies.

• Previous experience in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.
