Digital Content Specialist

What we are looking for:

Nova’s Corporate Marketing team is looking for a creative and energetic Digital Content Specialist.

In this role, you will report to the Digital and Employer Branding Lead and play a key part in bringing Nova’s unique culture and technological breakthroughs to life.

You will be the storyteller for our Israeli site, capturing the "human" side of our high-tech world through engaging social media and website content, videos, and internal communications.

What will you be doing

• Digital Content & Blog Creation: Take full ownership of ongoing content for Nova Israel’s social channels.
• You will also enrich our website by crafting compelling employee stories for the career site and blog posts.
• You’ll write, edit, and coordinate with employees to ensure our local voice is authentic and engaging.
• Video & Storytelling: Develop and execute an annual video strategy for Israel,
• from planning and shooting to editing and publishing.
• Sponsored Campaigns: Supporting ad uploads and creative coordination for Israeli and global campaigns
• Internal Communications: Manage corporate marketing’s internal communication efforts in Israel
• Ambassador Programs: Support our community of brand ambassadors by creating
• "canned" content and providing training to help them share their Nova journey.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Assist in collecting and preparing performance reports across our social channels and website
• to see how our stories and digital assets are resonating
• Website- Co managing content uploads, coordinating with the website vendor, maintaining ongoing updates

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation (entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are also welcome).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to write in a conversational, authentic, and "non-corporate" tone.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and a passion for leveraging them to enhance content creation and digital workflows.
• Hands-on experience with video production: planning, filming, and basic editing.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with web and social media analytics and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, GA4).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
