Requirements

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Representative

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude

Excellent customer service skills

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

High level of responsibility strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Full-time onsite position
