Mertens, a MalamTeam company, is looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a large government organization in Jerusalem

The role includes managing and controlling technology projects, leading PMO processes and project management methodologies, overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, performance metrics, and management reporting

Responsibilities

Manage and control technology projects across a large organization

Lead PMO processes and project management methodologies

Monitor project performance, controls, and key metrics

Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and vendors

Prepare reports and project updates for management

Work closely with senior management, headquarters functions, and multiple organizational stakeholders

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in technology project management and control

At least 4 years of experience establishing and leading PMO functions, managing project methodologies, or overseeing management controls and reporting

Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and vendors

Experience working directly with senior management

Experience working in large organizations with 300 or more employees or within public sector and government organizations

PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or a recognized PMO certification is a significant advantage
